Don't forget to drink lots of water throughout the day as well! Sleep seven to eight hours a night.
Getting enough sleep each night is crucial for our overall health. Without proper rest, we're more likely to experience fatigue during the day, making us less productive at work or school. We also tend to make poor decisions when we're tired because our judgment is impaired. Keep company with good people. So try and get at least 8 hours of sleep at night.
