When you have a sedentary lifestyle,

Here are some of the ways you can make yourself active throughout the day

  • Gardening, housework, and yard work are all physical work. To become active, you could try doing these hoe chores at a more vigorous pace.
  • Keep moving even when you are watching TV. Do some gentle yoga, lift hand weights, make stretches and even you can run on a treadmill while watching TV. also instead of using a TV remote, get up and change channels manually on TV.
  • Work out at home and follow some workout videos. 
  • Go for a walk in the street. It can be more fun if you walk with your friends and dog. Walk your kids to school and go to the grocery store by walk.
  • Walk when talking on the phone.
  • Buy yourself some exercise equipment because there are many benefits of workingout at home. Buy some yoga mats, dumbbells, and some other equipment.
